Basic plan is okay
I used the Basic plan for a small project. The drag & drop editor worked fine. Exporting to my ESP was easy. No issues with payment or getting started. It got the job done.
Decent tool, some quirks
I got the Business plan to handle more team members. The collaboration features, especially real-time co-editing, are really useful when we're all trying to finalize an email. The ESP integrations were smooth, I had no trouble connecting it. I did order a custom template once, and it looked good, but it took a bit longer than I expected to get the final file back. Not a huge deal, but something to plan for if you're on a tight deadline. The AI email generation is an interesting feature, but I haven't found it consistently useful enough to rely on heavily yet. Still, for the price, it offers a lot of value for a team.
Good for building emails
I signed up for the Pro plan a few months ago and have been using the drag & drop editor quite a bit. It's pretty intuitive, and I've been able to build some decent email campaigns. I also tried the email testing tools, which caught a small rendering issue on one client, so that was helpful.
